As a special master serving a federal court for almost nine years, I presided over evidentiary hearings, made findings, issued orders, resolved hundreds of disputes, and reported to the court. In a 2003 decision, a federal judge characterized my service to the court in this way: “The Special Master [David Ferleger] is a skilled judicial adjunct who has served the Court with balance and with fairness to the parties.” I bring that same skill and devotion to justice to every person I represent.
